All homeowners become a member of the Westgate Homeowners Association upon purchasing a home within the Westgate Subdivision. We encourage you to get involved in the association. Also, please read the HOA guidelines, policies, and deed restrictions. These can all be consulted on the HOA Documents page of the website.
HOA fees are $635 per year. The dues help pay for landscaping, electricity, water, pool management and refurbishing and adding amenities. Juveniles under the age of 17 are subject to the Harris County Juvenile Curfew order. The Juvenile Curfew is enforced seven days a week.
