The annual meeting of the members of the Westgate Homeowners Association is scheduled for 7:15pm on Thursday, March 24, 2022 via Zoom. The purpose of this meeting is to present the financial report and elect one (1) Board Member. Each homeowner is entitled to one (1) vote per lot.
Please be aware that in order to conduct this meeting, the Association must be represented by five percent (5%) of members either in person or by proxy. Because the meeting will be held electronically, there is no in-person voting. All online voting, proxies or absentee ballots must be received by the 5PM on Thursday, March 24, 2022.
The agenda, as well as the log in information for this meeting, has been posted in the Homeowners area of the website at https://www.westgatetx.net/homeowners/. Homeowners will need a password to access this content.
